Group Reservations
- Basic instructions:
1) Always book one room at a time --
booking each room individually will generate a unique confirmation number for each one of your reservations.
2) Always book each reservation under each of the guests
name
-- the guest will need to provide valid identification that matches the name provided on the reservation at the hotel upon arrival. If you are using a company credit card or someone else is using their credit card to secure the reservation(s), please include that information in the comments section of the reservation(s).
3) Always use a different name
for each one of the rooms you reserve. If you do not have a different name for each of the rooms, you may use one name for up to five rooms as noted in the following example:
Room 1: John D. Smith
Room 2: John Doe Smith
Room 3: J. Doe Smith
Room 4: J. D. Smith
Room 5: Mr. JD Smith
